As the Customer Care Representative your role is to Coordinate with Technical Team to provide all support for customer service.

Salary Range: Ksh. 30,000 - 50,000

Gender: Female

Age: Below 30 years

JOB Responsibility:

  1. Co-ordinate with Technical team / management to provide all support for customer service
  2. Interact with customers and provide customer service insights to drive sales process.
  3. Attend to pre-sale site visit confirming the right product proposed.
  4. Provide post project customer care support.
  5. Provide market wise product feedback to Company (As per the Customer care team matrix)
  6. Provide technical support on 360 Degree basis for all Company Customers.
  7. Ensure the TAT (Turn Around Time) and RT (Resolution Time) is being maintained as per Company Standards.
  8. Monthly reporting with the Format Specified.

Reporting Structure**:**

  • Primary reporting to Company team members managing the projects.
  • Secondary reporting to the Chief Technical Officer.


  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills
