CAPACITY BUILDING SPECIALIST
S/he will support the Sr. Capacity Building Specialist to build M&E capacity for county teams in areas such as leadership and governance, finance, workforce management, information management and evaluation, coordination and networking, and data demand and use. S/he will work with the County Learning and Planning Specialists to plan, implement and monitor capacity building strategies S/he shall further assist with curriculum development, in person training, and supportive supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field, e.g. public health, plus 5 or more years' experience in capacity development for a USAID project, a large hospital or other medical facility, or the Kenya MOH.
• Demonstrated experience working at the county-level, preferably on a CHMT.
• Experience Implementing M&E or health information systems improvement projects. Including conducting data quality audits and utilizing data to inform strategies for improved public health services.
• Experience managing work plans and budgets
