Managing relationships between the instructors, staff, and students,
General office administration responsibilities
Managing the Student admissions, registration process fee payment
Managing/Administering of the examination process i.e booking of exams dates, and students
Maintaining and reporting on both the student and instructor daily occurrence.
Managing petty cash and other payment.
Managing kitchen department budget and purchases of food staff
Customer care (receiving calls handling guests)
Troubleshooting on issues
Procurement management/Inventory control
Ensuring the staff of Administration department and all departments work effectively and responsibly
Ensuring cleanliness of the institution is maintained; Administration block toilets, bathrooms, dinning hall.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management
Professional skills required
5 years working experience; experience in school added advantage
Dip in business administration/secretarial preferably KNEC examined
Accounting knowledge CPA added advantage
Past experience in institution /schools - added advantage
