• Handling general customer /clients' enquiries and managing all expectations.
• Capture and compilation of clients data in CRM
• Attend to phone calls and other correspondences
• Weekly reports on work done, business achievements and any variance against set targets.
• Research, explore and study different travel destination options, travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc. - and suggest suitable travel options..
• Prepare and translate itineraries to clients for the various destinations of interest and make sure that all travel arrangements run according to the program.
• Exploring and identifying new business opportunities.
• Researching, developing and creating interesting tour packages to clients to meet market demand.
• Doing tour bookings - both inbound and outbound.
• Assists in developing marketing strategies to promote the company and boost company sales
• Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize transfers.
• Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs
• Update the company about latest industry trends
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
