Design and analyse mechanical systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring compliance with building codes,
regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project
specifications and requirements for mechanical systems.
Conduct feasibility studies and energy assessments to optimize mechanical system
design for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Perform calculations, simulations, and modelling to evaluate the performance and
functionality of mechanical systems.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the quality and functionality of mechanical
systems, troubleshooting issues and providing technical recommendations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems with other
building components, such as electrical and structural systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements
related to mechanical engineering in the property development and construction field.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a
plus.
5+ years’ experience working as a Mechanical Engineer in a busy construction
environment preferably in property development and construction industry
Experience in handling and managing mechanical works in 100 units/houses and above
in a single project.
Should be 30+ years old.
