The step by step process entails; Borehole drilling using an 8½ inch diameter bit, casing with good quality 6” screens made of steel or uPVC, packing gravel, grouting, cleaning the borehole (development), test pumping to determine the aquifer properties to enable the hydrogeologist design the pump and water quality analysis to determine the physical, chemical and bacteriological properties. When drilling for water resources the experience of our drilling staff means that constant resource and volume assessment are possible throughout the process, resulting in appropriate depths being drilled to best meet client’s volume demands. The best submersible pump is recommended and installed. The system is complete with submersible cables providing power to the pump, Underground armored cables, uPVC drop pipes, and adaptor set. The borehole is fitted with a borehole cover and a water meter.
