Ingredients:
Soy, Green grams, Rice, Millet, Whole Wheat Flour, Peanut Butter, Sesame butter, Sesame Oil, Sunflower Oil, butter from milk.
How to prepare porridge:
Put two spoons full of uji flour in Boiled water, hot milk or Bones Soup or tea. Add your favourite toppings like sugar, Honey or salt in case of soup. Then stir until there is no dry powder.
Your uji is Then ready to serve.
