ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – Property development/Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and develop electrical systems for various projects, including power
   distribution, lighting, fire detection and alarm, and low-voltage systems, in compliance with
   relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to establish project
   requirements and specifications for electrical systems.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and energy assessments to optimize electrical system design
   for sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
4. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring
   compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other
   building components, such as mechanical and structural systems.
6. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the quality and functionality of electrical
   systems, troubleshooting issues and providing technical recommendation.
