ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EFFICIENCY PERSONNEL
Work in line with the supervisors to ensure efficiency in 5Ps execution and where issues arise, conduct CDEs, order bookers, distributors and the warehouses in pursuit to find ways of bridging the gaps.
Doing weekly presentations aimed at identifying weak points and strategizing the way forward.
Sustain the relationship of the company with all the outlets by constantly visiting the stores and talking to the store managers/supervisors on how to improve the performance of our products in the outlet.
Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data relevant to assist in preparing weekly/Monthly field reports.
Ensure that all reports and statistical data are prepared accurately and submitted before the deadline to the relevant persons.
Making recommendations to management on how to improve performance for the team and ensuring the best performers are recognized.
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
Gather and report market intelligence to management.
Thorough understanding of underlying demands to improve brand performance.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
Develop understanding of product line and value chain and constantly research to recommend any improvements necessary.
Will be responsible for reporting on the spot field activities, assess field work compliance to 5Ps execution on behalf of management, and if possible, rectify problem areas at the stores.
Will provide a daily commentary on field activities to management and suggest improvements.
Will assist to prepare merchandiser's incentives in line with the 5Ps measurement.
Will also provide practical solutions to staff on a variety of merchandising and promotions issues as well as offer motivational talks to grow the team's spirit.
Will conduct random trade checks with the aim of instilling work commitment in the team.
Will be required to perform any other duties relevant to the business as per management instructions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*
Must have a Bachelor’s in Marketing Degree, from a recognized institution
Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience of detailed proposal and presentation writing skills.
Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience of excellent project management, project execution, project planning and communication skills in retail industry.
