We want your wonderful pet to have as stress-free an experience as possible, so we aim to keep the parlour calm, with only one dog in at a time. You leave our dog with us and we call when he/she is ready to be collected (usually 1-2 hours, depending on the dog) - this is because dogs are always more stressed when the owner stays.
