Usage:

✔ Test at the same time each day

✔ Place the cuff on the left arm and the tube close to the center, towards the inside of the arm in line with the fingers

✔ Tie the arm circumference medium so that one finger can fit together to keep the arm band 1-2 cm below the elbow joint For best results, use your left arm as it is close to your heart and the center of the band is at the same height

✔ Do not eat, smoke, or drink alcohol 30 minutes before the testing

✔ Place your feet directly in front of you during the test, with your arms resting on a flat surface. Do not cross the legs
