dust. - Each set of pads contain multi-layer ESE (Elastomer-Steel -Elastomer) red shims to minimize vibrations and noise.
- Additional noise dampening is performed by the backing plate which also acts as a heat shield to reduce heat transfer.
- Pads are thermal scorched to minimize running-in and fading.
- A positive molding process uses extreme pressure to compress friction
materials and provide balanced bonding to the backing plate.
