Your Personal Assistant could be dealing with diary management, household and business accounts and payroll, dealing with contractors and suppliers, booking travel and social arrangements, liaising with your housekeeping staff in order to make sure dinner parties, shoots and events at home go smoothly, answering the telephone and dealing with contacts, writing letters and dealing with emails on your behalf, arranging for your children to be picked up and taken back to school, shopping and present buying, and a whole host of other things that a busy household will need to have dealt with. A Personal Assistant may also need to speak a second language, and we also find part time as well as full time staff for this role.
Personal Assistants can be in situated in your city home, or they can also be for someone to work from a country home where they may also undertake Estate Secretarial duties.
