Ndiuni Hill is part of the Rift Valley Escarpment which covers 37,620 ha and has major attractions sites which include Gatamaiyu river line walk, Williams Hill, Kijabe / Kiharu circuit and Kereita forest and waterfall. The starting of the hill is from Rare river at William’s route taking 7 to 8 hrs, where we shall have lunch at first hill; on Namuncha hill, after deep valley. We then walk on Andrew Dick plain to Ndiuni hill the end point being beside Limuru -Mai-mahiu road.
What to Carry:
Proper Comfortable hiking shoes.
Wear a along sleeve shirt (as some sections are bushy)
Water (At least 4 liters)
Mkeka hat or sun screen
Wind breaker Jacket
Snacks e.g. Crisps, biscuits, Sweets, cookies
Day Pack /Small Bag to carry your personal items
Identification card or passport
