Rightway Driving Services ltd (RDSL) is a safety oriented Company offering Driving safety solutions. RDSL Specializes in assisting organizations, Employers and any person who drives a vehicle in mitigating the risks associated with driving . Our flagship Driver training program is Defensive driver training which seeks to equip drivers/Motorists with skills and knowledge in driving safety. Other products include Fleet Management consultancy, driver mentorship programs, Road safety management , Driver competence assessment and Driving safety Audits.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing new Driver training business and maintaining/deepening existing customer relationships. The focus will be corporate organizations/Businesses. The approach will be use of telephone, email, events and face-to-face contacts to achieve personal sales targets and market goals within the transport and Driving industries. Typical tasks include engaging customers and developing value propositions that meet their needs, increasing volume from existing customers, identifying and acquiring volume from new customers, and managing implementation through effective customer interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensures attainment of assigned revenue goals.
  2. Contacts customers to establish need, potential and opportunities for both RDSL and the customer.
  3. Collaborates with other business development staff and turns over high potential leads to the management for closing where necessary.
  4. Maintains records of customer activity to ensure proper follow-ups.
  5. Assists with the implementation of various marketing/Sales programs.
  6. Allocates 15% of time towards lead qualification.
  7. Does cold call prospecting to develop a base of potential new RDSL clients?

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Candidate should have at least 2 years sales/Business development experience gained by interacting with corporate organizations.
  • A Degree in business related field. Diploma holders with wide experience in sales will be considered. Experience in transport related, driving services or fleet management sales will be a big plus.
