DUTIES OF THE STOCKROOM ASSISTANT – Associated tasks
To carry out the reception and control of merchandise and its storage in the stockroom, in addition to store replenishment according to company procedures, in order to ensure the store has the right product at the right time.

To plan the required measures in order to reach stockroom deadlines and targets
a. To plan the daily, weekly and monthly tasks, responsibilities and deadlines and distribute them among the team members on a daily basis.
To review and apply all instructions received.
To optimise resources and try to minimize expenses e.g. optimization of the workforce, suppliers, etc.
To consistently prioritise tasks and deadlines in the context of global business and commercial needs
Supporting and communicating with the other teams, sharing information and best practice
Proactive and able to take the initiative.
Organized with a certain degree of autonomy.
Flexible, adapts to the needs of the stockroom and the store.
Good communicator – listens actively and communicates in a clear and structured manner.
Friendly, cordial and polite.
Manages his/her time efficiently.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Goods reception and handling standards and protocol.
Procedure for transfers and goods returns.
To be familiar with the different lists for managing the stockroom (pending packages, initial order, out of stock items, repetitions, etc.).
Partial inventories protocol.
Basic Customer Service Standards.
Ability to adapt – energy and speed.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
At least 2 years’ experience stock control, Inventory, purchasing and supply’s
Degree in Procurement- purchasing and supply or any other related filed.
