Duties and Qualification.
● Lead and Performs sales activities direct to consumer and businesses on ISP Products.
● Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth and improve market share.
● Meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives.
● Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
● Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
● Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.
● Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
● Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
● Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
● Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
● Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
● Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
● Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
● Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
● Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing or a Business Management with an extra IT related qualification or in any IT field.
● MUST have 3-5+ years of strong sales experience in ISP and most added advantage VSAT and satellite sales
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English preferred.
● Demonstrate previous successful experience with sales of technology products to small or medium sized entrepreneurs.
● Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics.
● Excellent presentation, planning, and organisational skills.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive to success and archive targets.
