Job Purpose

Ensuring Melvin’s products are well arranged in the retail outlets and that they are visible

Job Responsibilities.

Principle Accountabilities / Responsibility

Performance Measures

Visiting the outlets ensuring that there is proper rotation of stock.

Sales – Value & Volume product wise

Rate - 100% Achievement of targets

Volume -

Planning the product range with buying team.

Online Daily Work Report Compliance

Key Clients Account management: Distributors, Wholesalers, Agents

Ensuring damages to Melvin products are replaced and makes the necessary orders to replace the stocks.

Target Achievement by each Field Sales Rep & Bicycle Sales Rep

Puts the POS material and ensures that on other products, prices, positioning, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and point of sale, promotion materials: for use by management.

Business Growth Customer wise –suggested Route sales Plans – with results

Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on the activities of the day.

Timely Online Reports: Daily, Weekly, Monthly

  1. Ensuring sales targets set are achieved

2) Ensuring displays are maintained.

3)Minimize Zero expires on the shelf

4. Review of customer credit terms and credit limits

5. Ensure timely debt collections

6. Listing of additional products and SKUs

7. Listing of new outlets

8. Recruitments of well-resourced outlets

9.Signing of Joint business plans with the assistance of your supervisor

10 ) Order generation to ensure all SKU's are available in the outlets

11) Ensuring product visibility by putting posters and wobblers

12) Watching competitor activities and reporting to the management

13) Assist in the supervision of promotions

14)Prepare monthly reports

Position requirements


· A graduate-BCOM Marketing

Professional Qualification



Minimum of 4 years’ experience in fast moving consumer goods.
