Key Responsibilities and duties


  1. Primary focus of the job is to grow revenues through personal efforts for the main services offered by the business that include buying, selling, renting and Management of properties for our clients.
  2. Provide clients with the best deals on properties that the companies possess while meeting the specific needs of the property owners.
  3. Perform customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs ahead of the curve.
  4. Renting and leasing residential and business properties on behalf of clients as well as procuring properties for management.

Promote Properties

  1. Promote properties being sold including multiple duties such as preparing advertisements for malls, magazines, newspapers, open houses, listings and setting appointments to show houses to clients.
  2. Preparing properties for sale by making sure the house does not need to be repaired, discussing with homeowners on ways to give their homes or properties appeal, consulting with our recognized repair providers.


  1. Serving as a mediator between buyers and sellers and, when an agreement has been made between the two parties, preparing necessary legal documents to close the sale of properties.

Sourcing for properties

  1. This will comprise a large part of your duty as to sell we need to source for properties and get the proper documents signed.

Interview Clients

  1. Communicate with potential clients to determine what kind of property they are looking for to see if the company fits their needs.
  2. Before recommending a client for rental or purchase do some backgrounds check where possible


  1. Comparing properties similar to the ones up for sale at their company to make sure that they have a competitive market price. You should be alert to undeveloped properties in the area and appraise those properties according to local market conditions.

Customer service and satisfaction

  1. Ensure that services meet or exceed customer expectations and create customer loyalty.
  2. Continually focus on improving customer satisfaction and retention and review findings with the team and ensure that corrective action is taken.

Brand building and visibility

  1. Ensure that the Azizi Brand is visible in the market by increasing the points of contact in a professional manner without compromising its image.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have general real estate knowledge and know how about the local market.
  • A proven sales record in the real estate field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with a track record.
  • A formal education from a recognized institution preferably degree or diploma course in sales and marketing or business related field is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Effective problem - solving and mediation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
  • Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi - task and work in a fast - paced office setting.
  • Ability to work extra to achieve the set targets will be very key.
