GNI is an international humanitarian and development NGO in general consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN-ECOSOC) established in 1991. GNI has made great strides in its mission to eradicate poverty and provide a better quality of life to people around the world through community development project. We provide help and expertise through relief and development projects in the areas of education, health service, income generation, local community organization and mobilization, child rights protection, and sustainable development projects.

• Assist in development and implementation of Kenya Good Neighbors Hope school project (Education support program) activities. • Research and report on various departmental activities as required by a supervisor so as to meet project objectives. • Collects and analyzes data; prepares scheduled and special reports for supervisor. • Assists with grant and/or proposal writing as appropriate to the objectives and funding nature of programs; may participate in other fundraising activities. • Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.Required Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Project Management, Community Development, Sociology or related course. • The ability of Creative thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, persuasive communication. • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports. • Good reporting and Computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Fluency in English. • Research and proposal writing skills. •Knowledge and ability to apply M&E skills • Ability to have networking and partnership • Community participation and mobilization skills Salary and employee benefits are compliant to the organisation's Internship salary scales.
