POSITION TITLE: CCSA – 2 & 3 Wheeler REPORTS TO: Head – batteries and 2&3 Wheeler Sales
This is a training position leading to the position of corporate customer service executive. The person is responsible for managing and growing the corporate customer portfolio, orienting them to the company products, responding to enquiries, providing information that helps them in making purchasing decisions ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining maximum profitability. It also entails sourcing for potential customers and bringing them on board.
Learn the technical details and features of the products and services that the company offers.
Maintain existing customers through planned individual account support by calling and visiting regularly. Recommend and select the right product to suit the customer’s requirements.
Cross sell other products by highlighting on their benefits.
Identify new potential customers by obtaining market information and getting leads from existing clients.
Communicate new products and services, special developments and any other useful information to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by seeking customer feedback, analysing, effectively and efficiently responding to any complaints.
Create and maintain a dealer data base for all existing and potential dealers.
Carry out market research, competitors and customer surveys to identify emerging customer needs.
Prepare weekly/daily sales and activity reports and customer feedback reports and submit them to the immediate manager.
Contribute in developing sales strategy for his respective region every beginning and midyear with your sales forecast.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Perform any other duties that may be required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
The minimum requirements of this job are:
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business related discipline.
Valid driving license and willing to work any part of Kenya.
3 years’ experience in selling two / three wheelers spares and tyres.
Good knowledge of automobile mechanics.
Computer literacy in MS Office packages.
