We are looking for a professional technician who can handle windscreen repair, full glass replacement, sealing, and installation for a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Repairing chipped and cracked windscreens using professional resin techniques
Removing and replacing damaged windscreens and vehicle glass
Installing new windscreens with proper sealing and alignment
Handling side and rear vehicle glass replacement when required
Applying adhesives, sealants, and safety bonding materials
Ensuring leak-free, safe, and durable installations
Conducting mobile field service repairs at client locations
Inspecting damage and advising clients on repair vs replacement options
Maintaining tools, equipment, and service materials
Preparing service reports and job documentation
Requirements

Applicants should have:

Certificate or hands-on training in automotive glass repair or motor vehicle technology
Minimum 2 years experience in windscreen repair and replacement
Strong technical and hands-on installation skills
Knowledge of adhesives, bonding systems, and safety standards
Ability to work independently in field assignments
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented personality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
