Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Window Blinds & Curtains Installer to join our growing installation and interiors team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who can handle measuring, fitting, and installing a wide range of window treatments in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Measuring windows accurately for blinds and curtains
Installing roller blinds, venetian blinds, vertical blinds, and Roman blinds
Hanging and fitting curtains, tracks, rods, and rails
Ensuring proper alignment, finishing, and aesthetics
Advising clients on suitable window treatment options
Handling minor repairs and adjustments on-site
Ensuring clean, safe, and professional installations
Interacting with clients professionally during site visits
Maintaining installation tools and equipment
Requirements

Applicants should have:

Proven experience in blinds and curtain installation
Strong measuring and fitting skills
Good understanding of interior finishing and décor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and precision workmanship
Good customer service and communication skills
Physically fit for field and installation work
Honest, reliable, and professional conduct
