Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing technical team.
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented technician capable of diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of motor vehicles while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Diagnosing vehicle faults using manual and computerized diagnostic systems
Conducting repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, and electrical systems
Performing vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance
Carrying out troubleshooting and technical inspections
Repairing and replacing worn-out vehicle components
Conducting test drives and final quality checks
Preparing service and repair reports
Advising clients on vehicle care and maintenance requirements
Responding to breakdown and field service requests where required
Maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness standards
Vehicles You May Handle
The technician may work on:
Saloon cars
SUVs
Vans
Pickup trucks
Light commercial vehicles
Petrol vehicles
Diesel vehicles
Hybrid vehicles (added advantage)
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Motor Vehicle Mechanics
Minimum 2 years practical experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of modern vehicle electrical systems
Experience using diagnostic scanners
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, disciplined, and professional character
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Valid driving license
Experience handling Japanese and European vehicles
Experience with hybrid systems
Experience in fleet maintenance
Welding or fabrication skills
