I.Site visits are charged @30,000 later deductible from the cost quoted.
ii.That all timber must be paid in full for the timber to be processed/cut /planned.Not timber leaves the timber yard without being paid in full. No down payment or partial payments are allowed in a timber yard.
iii.For large purchases from 500 feet onwards we offer free delivery within Nairobi county.And Countrywide delivery also available at a fee charged per exact location.

We supply, install and construct the wooden framework,decks ,roofs and shelves of A-Frame Villas, cottages,wooden cabins&lodges etc.Call or whatsApp with more details for a quote on the amount of hardwood and softwood timber needed.For site visits or for taking of measurements we charge a fee of 30,000 which is later deductible from the quoted cost .

- Meet the seller in a safe public place.
- Inspect the item and make sure it is exactly what you want.
- Make sure the packaged item is what you inspected.
- Pay only if you are satisfied.
