i.That all timber must be paid in full for the timber to be processed/cut /planned.No timber leaves the timber yard without being paid for in full. No down payments or partial payments are allowed in a timber yard.
ii.For large purchases from 500 feet onwards we offer free delivery within Nairobi county.And Countrywide delivery also available at a fee charged per exact location.

We sell Sudan teak and Elgon teak hardwood timber ,the price per board foot(12 by 1") is 580 per foot for Sudanese Teak( South-Sudan Origin) and 480 per Boardfoot for Elgon Teak(Kenyan origin) , slightly negotiable.Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 ft (10 pcs of 9 feet length=100ft)
Prices:
6 by 1 @ 290 per foot
12 by 1@ 580 per foot.
12 by 2 @ 1,160 per foot.
12 by 4 @ 1,980 per foot.
We also sell Elgon teak @ 480 per board foot i.e 12 by 1" ( @ 480 per foot etc).
