Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installation Technician to join our growing renewable energy team.
We are looking for a hands-on professional capable of installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Installing solar panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers
Conducting solar system wiring and electrical connections
Troubleshooting and repairing solar power systems
Performing preventive maintenance and inspections
Testing and commissioning installed systems
Conducting site assessments and system sizing support
Ensuring proper mounting and safe installation practices
Diagnosing faults in solar equipment and components
Advising clients on solar system usage and maintenance
Preparing installation and service reports
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Solar Installation, Renewable Energy, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in solar installation and maintenance
Good understanding of solar PV systems and electrical wiring
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar system faults
Ability to work independently in field assignments
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, disciplined, and reliable personality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Added Advantages

Valid driving license
Experience with hybrid and backup power systems
Knowledge of inverter and battery configuration
Experience in commercial or industrial solar projects
