Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Roof Waterproofing Technician to join our building maintenance and waterproofing division.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who can diagnose, repair, and prevent water leakage on flat roofs, terraces, balconies, and concrete structures in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Inspecting flat roofs and identifying leak sources
Applying waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants
Repairing roof cracks, joints, and water seepage points
Carrying out bituminous and liquid waterproofing applications
Preparing roof surfaces before waterproofing works
Installing drainage solutions to prevent water pooling
Carrying out preventive maintenance on roof systems
Ensuring long-lasting waterproofing protection
Working on residential, commercial, and industrial rooftops
Following safety procedures when working at heights
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Certificate or hands-on experience in construction, roofing, masonry, or waterproofing
Minimum 2 years experience in roof waterproofing or roofing works
Knowledge of flat roof systems and water drainage behavior
Ability to apply waterproofing materials correctly
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Good problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to work independently on-site
Honest, disciplined, and reliable
Added Advantages
Experience in commercial or high-rise roof waterproofing
Knowledge of bitumen, PVC, and liquid membrane systems
Driving license
Ability to supervise roofing teams
Experience in structural waterproofing projects
