A crusher (posho mill) is a smaller and more common machine used in local areas in Kenya. It uses fast-moving hammers to crush maize into flour, producing brown whole meal flour that contains bran. It is affordable, easy to operate, and suitable for small businesses, kiosks, and rural milling services.
