Bestcare Facilities Management is looking for a skilled, hardworking, and professional Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing technical team.

We are seeking a technician who is experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of:

Air conditioners
Refrigerators
Freezers
Cold rooms
Water dispensers
Commercial cooling systems
Ventilation systems

Position
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician
Location
Nairobi and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration and AC systems
Installing split units, cassette units, and ducted systems
Performing preventive maintenance and servicing
Troubleshooting electrical and cooling faults
Gas refilling and leak detection
Cold room installation and maintenance
Handling compressors, thermostats, condensers, and evaporators
Preparing service reports and technical feedback
Responding to emergency breakdowns
Advising clients professionally on maintenance needs
Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards
Requirements
Applicants should possess:

Certificate, Diploma, or Technical Training in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or HVAC
Minimum 2 years experience in AC and refrigeration repair
Good troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
Experience with residential and commercial systems
Knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and customer handling skills
Honest, disciplined, and reliable character
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
