i.That all timber must be paid in full for the timber to be processed/cut /planned.No timber leaves the timber yard without being paid for in full. No down payments or partial payments are allowed in a timber yard.

ii.For large purchases from 500 feet onwards we offer free delivery within Nairobi county.And Countrywide delivery also available at a fee charged per exact location.

12.5. Non-Refundable Fees

Administration and tender preparation fees are non-refundable, as they cover professional consultation, technical evaluation, and administrative costs incurred irrespective of whether the quotation or tender results in a contract award.

12.6. Consumer Fairness and Transparency

The applicable administration or tender fee shall be clearly communicated to the client or enquirer prior to engagement, in accordance with principles of transparency, fairness, and informed consent under Kenyan consumer protection standards.

12.7. Discretionary Waiver

Contemporary Quality Timbers LTD reserves the right, at its discretion, to waive or offset administration fees for repeat clients, confirmed orders, framework agreements, or where the fee is absorbed into the final contract value.
