We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to handle repair, maintenance, and installation tasks for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Inspect, diagnose, and fix leaks, broken fixtures, faulty wiring, and damaged structures.
Assemble and install furniture, appliances, shelves, blinds, and other fixtures.
Handle minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaking taps, unclogging drains, and replacing sinks.
Conduct basic electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, sockets, and switches.
Perform wall repairs, painting, and decorating as needed.
Ensure client work orders are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
Work with power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Respond to emergency repair requests and provide quick, practical solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace after completing tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or technician.
Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and general maintenance.
Ability to diagnose problems and offer effective solutions.
Familiarity with power tools and equipment.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and customer service skills.
