Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure the safety of client premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security teams, enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and addressing security concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate security guards across multiple sites.
Ensure all security personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to assess security conditions.
Train and mentor security officers to maintain high-performance standards.
Address security incidents and provide timely reports with recommendations.
Liaise with clients to ensure their security needs are met.
Monitor CCTV and security systems to detect and prevent security threats.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Maintain proper records of security operations and incidents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and emergency response.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle security challenges effectively.
Experience with CCTV monitoring and other security technologies is an advantage.
A diploma or certificate in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field is preferred.
