Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our security services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, optimizing security operations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily security operations across multiple client sites.
Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety measures.
Monitor and manage security budgets, resources, and equipment.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, address concerns, and ensure service excellence.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency response teams when necessary.
Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all security regulations and industry standards.
Prepare regular reports on security operations, incidents, and improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Security Operations Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle security challenges effectively.
Experience in coordinating with law enforcement and emergency response units.
Diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field is an added advantage.
