Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager - Cleaning Services to oversee and manage large-scale cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, managing cleaning teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily cleaning operations across multiple client locations.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, quality control measures, and operational strategies.
Supervise, train, and lead cleaning supervisors and teams to ensure high performance.
Ensure all cleaning services meet company standards and client expectations.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold service quality and compliance.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory and procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning operations management or a related field.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and industry standards.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
