Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations at various client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high cleaning standards, manage a team of cleaners, and maintain excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of cleaners across assigned locations.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Inspect sites regularly to assess performance and address any issues.
Allocate duties and schedules for cleaners to ensure proper coverage.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure equipment is in good condition.
Address and resolve client complaints and requests promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.
Ability to handle multiple sites and work under minimal supervision.
