Job Opportunity: Gardening & Landscaping Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Gardening & Landscaping Supervisor to oversee and manage landscaping and gardening projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining beautiful and well-manicured outdoor spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate gardening and landscaping teams across multiple sites.
Develop and implement work schedules and maintenance plans for lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
Train and mentor gardeners on best landscaping practices and safety procedures.
Ensure all gardening tasks, such as planting, pruning, watering, and pest control, are completed efficiently.
Oversee the use and maintenance of gardening tools, equipment, and supplies.
Conduct site inspections to ensure landscaping meets company and client standards.
Address client concerns and provide professional recommendations on landscaping solutions.
Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective resource management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Gardening or Landscaping Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, irrigation, and pest control.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
A certificate or diploma in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field is an advantage.
