Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Gutter Installer & Repair Technician to join our building maintenance and roofing services team.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who can install, repair, and maintain gutter systems and roof drainage solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Installing gutter systems (PVC, aluminium, and metal gutters)
Repairing damaged, leaking, or blocked gutters
Installing downpipes and roof drainage systems
Aligning and fixing gutters for proper water flow
Cleaning and maintaining existing gutter systems
Inspecting roofs for drainage issues and recommending solutions
Sealing joints and preventing leaks
Ensuring proper water discharge away from buildings
Working on residential, commercial, and construction sites
Following safety procedures when working at heights
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Certificate or hands-on experience in roofing, plumbing, or construction works
Minimum 2 years experience in gutter installation or roof drainage systems
Knowledge of roofing structures and water flow systems
Ability to work at heights safely
Good problem-solving and practical skills
Ability to work independently on-site
Physically fit for construction work
Honest, disciplined, and reliable
Added Advantages
Experience in large commercial roofing projects
Knowledge of aluminium and steel gutter systems
Driving license
Ability to supervise installation teams
Experience in waterproofing or roofing works
