Minimum Qualifications;

Job Description;
We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse Manager & Horticulture Specialist to oversee greenhouse operations, ensure optimal plant growth, and implement sustainable agricultural practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing greenhouse structures, irrigation systems, pest control, and overall crop health.

Key Responsibilities;
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of greenhouse facilities.
Develop and implement horticulture best practices for maximum crop yield.
Manage irrigation, ventilation, and climate control systems.
Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
Supervise and train farm workers on modern greenhouse techniques.
Ensure compliance with agricultural safety and environmental regulations.
