Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Epoxy Floor Installation & Repair Technician to join our growing flooring and finishing team.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who can install, repair, and maintain epoxy and resin flooring systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing concrete surfaces for epoxy application (grinding, cleaning, leveling)
Mixing and applying epoxy and resin flooring systems
Installing seamless epoxy floor finishes in commercial and industrial spaces
Repairing cracks, chips, and damaged epoxy surfaces
Applying primers, coatings, and protective layers
Ensuring proper curing and finishing of floors
Handling industrial flooring tools and equipment
Ensuring high-quality, smooth, and durable finishes
Following safety standards during chemical handling and application
Working on-site at residential, commercial, and industrial locations
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Certificate or hands-on experience in flooring, construction, or surface finishing
Minimum 2 years experience in epoxy or resin flooring installation
Good knowledge of surface preparation techniques
Ability to mix and apply epoxy materials correctly
Physical fitness for manual and site work
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Honest, disciplined, and reliable character
Added Advantages
Experience in industrial flooring projects (warehouses, factories, parking lots)
Knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
Experience in decorative epoxy flooring designs
Driving license
Ability to supervise small teams on-site
