We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about people, problem-solving, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media queries from clients

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery

Update customer records, follow up on feedback, and maintain a CRM system

Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and schedules

Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a service-based or FMCG industry

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English & Kiswahili)

Tech-savvy: comfortable using phone systems, messaging apps, and CRM tools

Problem-solving attitude with a calm and friendly demeanor

Minimum KCSE Certificate; a Diploma in Customer Service, Business, or related field is an added advantage
