Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Repair Technician to join our growing technical support team.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional who can diagnose, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, and related IT equipment while providing excellent technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Diagnosing and repairing desktop computers and laptops
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Installing operating systems and software applications
Removing viruses, malware, and system errors
Upgrading computer components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.)
Setting up printers, networks, and basic IT systems
Providing on-site and remote technical support
Maintaining accurate repair and service records
Advising clients on computer maintenance and upgrades
Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Certificate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in computer repair and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems
Experience with Windows and basic networking
Ability to diagnose faults quickly and accurately
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Added Advantages
Experience in laptop motherboard repairs
Networking and IT support experience
Valid driving license
Experience in corporate IT environments
Ability to handle multiple client sites
