Bestcare Facilities Management Ltd is looking for a disciplined, experienced and hands-on Cleaning Team Leader to supervise commercial cleaning teams in Mombasa and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff
Prepare and monitor daily cleaning schedules
Inspect cleaning quality and site hygiene
Manage staff attendance, discipline and performance
Train and guide cleaners on proper procedures
Monitor cleaning materials, equipment and PPE
Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly
Submit daily and weekly cleaning reports
Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are followed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in cleaning supervision/team leadership
KCSE certificate or higher
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
Ability to manage, motivate and discipline a team
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Commercial, office, residential, hotel or institutional cleaning experience is an advantage
