Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biomedical Service Engineer to join our growing healthcare technical services division.
We are looking for a professional engineer capable of installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing biomedical and medical equipment for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Installing and commissioning biomedical and medical equipment
Performing preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing
Diagnosing and repairing faults in hospital and laboratory equipment
Conducting calibration and performance testing
Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
Preparing service reports and maintenance documentation
Responding to emergency equipment breakdowns
Ensuring compliance with biomedical safety and healthcare standards
Advising clients on equipment operation and maintenance
Coordinating with hospital staff, suppliers, and technical teams
Equipment You May Handle
The engineer may work on:
Patient monitors
ECG and diagnostic systems
Oxygen concentrators
Suction machines
Autoclaves
Dialysis equipment
Laboratory analyzers
Imaging support systems
ICU and theatre equipment
Hospital beds and medical support devices
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in biomedical equipment servicing
Strong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills
Good understanding of medical equipment safety standards
Ability to read technical schematics and service manuals
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality
