Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our technical services team.
We are looking for a professional who can install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical and laboratory equipment in healthcare facilities while ensuring safety, accuracy, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Installing and commissioning biomedical and medical equipment
Performing preventive maintenance on hospital equipment
Diagnosing and repairing faults in medical devices
Calibrating equipment to ensure accuracy and safety
Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
Maintaining equipment performance logs and service records
Responding to urgent hospital equipment breakdowns
Ensuring compliance with safety and biomedical standards
Working closely with hospital staff and clinical teams
Recommending repairs, upgrades, or replacements
Equipment You May Handle
Patient monitors
Oxygen concentrators
Autoclaves
Suction machines
Dialysis machines
Laboratory equipment
Imaging support systems
Hospital beds and diagnostic devices
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in biomedical equipment maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and electronic systems)
Understanding of hospital safety and biomedical standards
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure in healthcare environments
Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
