Bestcare Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Biodigester & Septic Systems Technician to join our growing sanitation and plumbing services team.
We are looking for a hardworking and technically competent professional who can handle installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of biodigester and septic systems for residential, commercial, and institutional clients.

Nairobi and surrounding regions
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Installing biodigesters and septic tank systems
Conducting site assessments and system planning
Handling drainage and wastewater piping connections
Repairing and maintaining septic and biodigester systems
Diagnosing drainage and wastewater flow issues
Supervising excavation and installation works
Ensuring proper waste management and environmental safety standards
Conducting system testing and inspections after installation
Advising clients on maintenance and proper system use
Preparing service and installation reports
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Certificate or practical training in Plumbing, Drainage, Construction, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in biodigester or septic systems installation
Good understanding of drainage and wastewater systems
Ability to read site layouts and installation plans
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently on-site
Physically fit for field and construction work
Honest, disciplined, and reliable character
