Bestcare Facilities Management is looking for a skilled and experienced Appliance Repair & Field Service Technician to join our expanding technical team.

We are seeking a professional technician capable of diagnosing, repairing, installing, and servicing various domestic and commercial appliances while providing excellent customer service in the field.

Appliances You May Handle

The successful candidate may work on:

Washing machines
Refrigerators
Freezers
Cookers & ovens
Microwaves
Dishwashers
Water dispensers
Vacuum cleaners
Dryers
Small commercial appliances
Other electrical home appliances
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose appliance faults and provide effective repairs
Conduct field visits to client homes and businesses
Install and commission appliances
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Test appliances after repairs
Maintain accurate service reports
Advise clients on appliance care and maintenance
Ensure professional customer handling at all times
Respond quickly to breakdown and emergency service calls
Requirements

Applicants should have:

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration, Appliance Repair, or related technical field
At least 2 years experience in appliance repair and field service work
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Good understanding of electrical systems and appliance components
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, disciplined, and professional conduct
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
