i.That all timber must be paid in full for the timber to be processed/cut /planned.No timber leaves the timber yard without being paid in full. No down payment or partial payments are allowed in a timber yard.
ii.For large purchases from 500 feet onwards we offer free delivery within Nairobi county.And Countrywide delivery also available at a fee charged per exact location.

We do construction of A-frame wooden villas.And we also supply building and engineering materials for construction of wooden villas.We can also supply the materials only if construction services are not required at 5,500,000.For site visits for mapping or taking of measurements we charge a consultation-fee of 50,000 payable upfront which is later deductible from the cost of the job.
