The Agency is seeking to recruit suitably qualified Kenyan candidates for the above positions.
The Kenya Water Towers Agency (KWTA) is a State Corporation established vide Kenya Gazette of 20th April 2012, Legal Notice no. 27 for the purposes of coordinating and overseeing the protection, rehabilitation, conservation and sustainable management of Water Towers in Kenya.
024 ADMINISTRATION OFFICER I KWT 6: ONE (01) POST
The Officers at this level will be reporting to the Senior Administration Officer I and will be responsible for:-
a) Job Descriptions
(i) Participating in development of polices and guidelines for administration purposes
(ii) Coordinating transport services including allocation of vehicles and supervision of drivers;
(iii) Maintenance and servicing of vehicle;
(iv) Overseeing cleaning and security services;
(v) Maintenance of office buildings;
(vi) Coordinating registry services; and
Allocation of office space and other services to the staff of the Agency
Maintaining a register on all complaints raised by customers/stake holders;
b) Job Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
(i) A Bachelor’s degree in Management/Administration or any other relevant degree;
(ii) Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (CPS-K) or its equivalent;
(iii) Have relevant computer applications skills
(iv) Demonstrate communication and leadership skills
(v) Demonstrate outstanding professional competence
(vi) Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.
