The candidate’s core competencies should be but not limited to:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • MUST be articulate and have excellent communications skills,
  • Must be good in Micro soft-office mainly Excel and word
  • Must be detailed oriented, analytical and able to prepare detailed reports.
  • Must be organized and able to coordinate quality work and follow through to completion.
  • 5 years’ experience in Hospitality Industry and any other related field.
  • Degree in Hotel management or any other related field.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Multi- Unit Manager will be responsible of overseeing store operations and performance of the restaurants.
  • Operations- Ensure store operations and seamless in order to avoid disruption at the store.
  • Inventory- Ensure accurate store inventory and usage of products.
  • Communication and People Management- Ensure clear communication and effective management of employees.
  • Suppliers-Manage supplier relationships. Make sure that all suppliers are delivering on time and according to our standards (chilled, frozen, etc.). Follow up with any suppliers that are not meeting our expectations.
  • Maintenance-Keep track of all machines and equipment at each store. Coordinate with Store leadership to make sure that equipment maintenance schedule is being followed.
  • Compliance- Ensure monthly store evaluations and follow through on action plans.
  • Ensure compliance on OSH, Single Business Permit, Food and Hygiene, Health Certificate for all store employees, Fire License/ NAT Fire, MSCK
  • Customer Feedback. Follow up with any customer complaints and ensure improvement of store operations.
